Once our workflow is ready and the development of the website begins, our team will ask for all the relevant content they need from you.
Don’t worry! We are more than happy to help with content creation if you don’t have something that’s production-ready.
After our team completes the first draft for your project, we will begin the back-and-forth communication process to ensure that your website meets your expectations.
Once your approval is received, we will publish your site!
Basic websites can take up to 3 weeks to complete while more complex websites can take several months and even a year or more. It all depends on the size, complexity, and amount of adjustments to the project.
After discussing your business and your goals for your custom website, we will give you an estimate of how long it should take to develop.
Of course! Clients that choose to host their websites on our servers get free basic maintenance for their website - bug fixes, updates, backups and security features.
We also offer more advanced maintenance and support packages - such as e-commerce shop updates, banner designs, and custom features.
While Shopify and Wix are great platforms, unfortunately they are not open-source like WordPress.
What does this mean?
WordPress is an open-source platform, meaning we can customize every single feature and every single line of code however we see fit. This allows our talented developers to build your custom website EXACTLY the way you want - no if and buts!
No problem! We can use your current website's existing content and design a more modern, robust WordPress website that will suit your needs.
Femto has its own hosting servers - it's up to you whether you want to stay with your current hosting or move over to our servers.
We have no issue building your website on an external hosting server. However - if your server faces any issues, we will not be able to troubleshoot it, you'll have to contact the hosting provider on your own.
We love to code! And there is nothing we enjoy more at Femto than creating a custom-coded project from scratch. However, we offer WordPress websites because it is an affordable, easy-to-manage solution for most small-medium businesses.
